As an owner of a 997 C2S with Aero, PCCB's etc etc also in black, you can say YES, Zaino works very well!
See a few pics I posted here:

The trick is getting the finish as flawless as possible, giving it a high gloss polish, then treat with Zaino Z5-Pro with ZFX for 3 coats. Next day, I added 3 coats of Z2-Pro with ZFX.
Between each coat, Z6 was used and last coat of each sealant (Z5 to Z2) was treated with Z8. Once Z2 cured, maintained with Z8. VERY GLOSSY and DEEP. Zaino is closing in on that deep wet wax look. Almost, but not quite.
I like the fact that it lasts a long time, is easy to maintain and I just top with another coat when needed.
If you go the wax route, use Souveran.
If you really want to make it stand out, after last coat of Z2-Pro and Z8, top with Souveran wax. You'll not get any deeper and wetter than that.
Funny thing, since quite a lot of us will top a sealant (mostly to tone-down the plastic look of other sealants) Blackfire has developed a kit called "Fire and Ice" that has both a sealant and a wax.
If this is a 997, you'll see my posts over at RENNLIST.
Oh yea, for leather for a Porsche that's new... SONUS Leather cleaner and SONUS Leather Conditioner. They smell a bit odd out of the bottle, but once on the Porsche leather, it releases the natural tanning odor from when it was new. For Porsche leathers, this is by far the best I've found. Besides, DavidB of Autopia (Mayor) is also a "P" car owner and went to great lengths to develope that unique new Porsche leather smell. He used a set of new skins still sealed in the plastic from Porsche to get the right effect.
I still love Zaino Z-10, but it's too overpowering for a new 997. It uses a leather fragance which is dead-on to most leathers. It's just not for Porsche new interior leather. It's dead-on for Lexus leather. Z-10 was all I used in my SC430.
