I'm certified by myself.

I don't need someone's stamp of approval to feel good about what I do. Honestly, my customers care more about the quality of job that I do than about how I got the knowledge. I'd say my years of experience have given me more than any two week course that a beginner can take. I'm not discounting your certification, I'm just saying that this is one industry where experience counts for something. I'd love to take a PDR class and touch up paint class. I could probably learn it on my own through trial and error, but I'd rather have someone teach me. I doubt I'll be hanging that certificate on the wall though. The fact that I know how to do it is enough for the people who come to me.
What did your automagic class teach you? Was it a long course? Do you feel it was a value? Just curious. I haven't ever looked into theirs. I've looked into a couple of other "schools" as research for something I was working on once. I'm interested in what you thought about the experience.
