Top of the Line Vinyl & Rubber dressing

I recently picked up some Top of the Line Vinyl & Rubber Dressing and have it mixed 3:1 in a spray bottle. I really like the look I get when I apply it a little heavy then lightly buff off with a dry MF and hour or so later (very clean look). The question I have, is does anyone know if I am buffing off the UV protection at the same time?

No, your just taking off excess and giving a more matte finish look. The product should have gotten into the rubber by then.
