Tent sizing question

What size would be for me?



I would like it to fit in my 2006 Civic Sedan without folding my rear seats down.

Opened, i would like it to be tall enough that i can detail SUVs.

I wont mind having to move long cars back and forth so the hood or trunk (which ever i'm working on) will stay in the shade

I currently have a Quest 12x12 that I bought from Dicks sporting goods. I had an 8x8 before and there is no need for anything bigger than a 12x12. You can pretty much fit anything under a 12x12.
