Swirls on black 07 vehicle (looking to use menzerna + blackfire )

I just bought a 2007 ford fusion black and it of course has the factory built in swirl mark options. I haven't had a chance to really clay the car and give it the once over. I have been out of the game for quite a while and I want this black paint to really gleam, so I was wondering what the best course of action is.

I have the Menzerna lines of products aswell as P2S1 and Klasse AIO.

I was looking at properautocare.com and saw the new (for me atleast) black fire products.

I was thinking of using the Menzerna Intensive to remove the factory swirls, followed by the final polish II followed by blackfire's polish + glaze (aio i guess) and finished with black fire's carnuba. How does this sound?

Is it a waste to apply blackfire's paint sealent (polish glaze) since I am applying menzerna's final polish II?

And where does klasse fit into this, or does it really not? I really like my P2S1 carnuba wax but I wanted to try something different as a topper.

I would greatly appreciate some recommendations with the products I have already or should get in addition to them, thanks.

I am not as knowledgeable as many on this forum, but I would use the less aggressive polish first. Since it is a new car, I would err on the side of caution. You never know, it may clean up those swirls and leave the car ready for an LSP without having to do two polishing steps. I'll defer to others regarding the other issues.

Since we do not have a pic of the swirls then it's hard to say what you need vs. don't need. There is no 1 recommendation for this problem.

Since the car is new, you can probably get by with a polishing pad and FPII. You don't need all the other steps you listed there if this will correct the problem.

If the FPII gives you the swirl-free look you are after and you like the P21S wax, you'd be ready to go right to it at that point; in my view, the AIO would not be necessary unless you were going to use a sealant. I don't know about the Blackfire product to know what it is or how it works.

thanks for the responses. If any of you have ever had a new car, and a dark colored one then you should know what I mean about the factory installed swirl marks w/o referring to a picture. They are not that bad but at an angle in the light you can see the small swirls or minute scratches.

Unfortunately the site that lists the blackfire products is down but if you guys have time check out www.properautocare.com and under the polishes/waxes are the black fire line of products.

I suppose I'll try the least abrassive method first which would be the FPII. I'm trying to see if the blackfire wax is a waste of money its 70 bucks hehe. I already have P21S which is pretty damn good. Guess i'll just have to wait and see. Any further suggestions etc are welcome, thanks
