NXT and S&W not friends?

The car had gotten a little dusty yesterday so I backed it out and hit it with some Poorboys S&W and had an interesting result I've never had before, the S&W streaked, really badly. I followed it up with some Megs Quik Detailer and that came off fine, no streaking at all.



Anyone using NXT that has S&W, could you see if you get the same results?

I didn't notice any problems when I used S&W on NXT this past weekend, but the sun was coming and going, and I have a silver car (making it difficult to see streaking), so take that FWIW.

I noticed a bit of streaking too on both light and dark color cars. I tried all different tips, fine mist, slow wipe, PakShak towels, DF Towel, Viking Edgeless, etc...All streak a little. I usually follow up with another dry towel and that usually helps to clean it up.



Any other tips???

Chris- you mean on NXT? I never have any problems on bare paint or other products with the S&W...

Love S&W, no problems over NXT.

Used Steves Poorboys blue MF towels.

Yup...with NXT. I think it might have something to do with the humid weather here in Hawaii...



I've tried it on other stuff and the streaking isn't as bad. Not sure...

S&W is probably more likely to streak on a surface that sheets water.

Funny thing...I went back to the garage and tried it with the Viking Edgeless MF and it was fine. No streaking.



I'm thinking it might have something to do with the weather...
