Newbie >> Please Help <<

Oh boy, I don't even want to go that route at this point. Z owners is going through a rough time right now with several "DISCREPANCIES" to say the least with our vehicles. Addiding this to the LIST would just add more aggrevation. I will however keep this on the back burner.
 
I want just thank everyone that responded to my first post here at Autopia. I've decided to take David's advice and purchase the 1Z Paint Polish. I will keep my fingers croosed until the product arrive that this will work for my Z. Thanks again everyone. :bow :xyxthumbs
 
Let me first say THANK YOU again for everyone's help on this little problem that I had.



Based on David's suggestions I purchased Einszett Paint Polish. :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs I cleaned the paint completely with vinegar first followed by Dawn. I then applied 1Z let it dry then WHAM!!!! :bow :bow I buffed it off with my brand new CBT (great towel by the way :xyxthumbs ) and I just stood back in amazement. Smile ear to ear because the paints luster is completely restored. :bounce I was completely amazed by the results.

On a side note though, it looks like the 3M really did some damage to the paint surface. There are swirl marks that can be seen if you put a light directly in front of the car. Overall though I'm quite happy with the results.
 
Oh sorry, I forgot to mention...... NO IT DIDN'T!!!! This was in the back of my mind, hoping that this wouldn't happen again. It didn't and I'm so glad that it didn't.
