So... yeah. I'm gonna get a PC (hopefully by next weekend). Standard pad kit from CMA, velcro backing, velcro plate, all that good stuff.
Anyway, I've got a few swirls on my 2001 'Bring (clear coated, of course). I'm a little worried about using a machine on my paint like that, especially considering I have no experience whatsoever in that area (other than having a good idea on how to do it from here / David's video). So, I'm kind of looking for a little honest reassurance. It is completely safe and isn't gonna cause swirls, right? Will the yellow pad cause swirls? How agressive is the white? I'm sure some of you guys were a little concerned when you were PC virgins, too!
Just how much better is the PC as compared to hand work? Any little beginners' tips that may not have already been posted?
