Ok steps I took on exterior.

1. Clean tires and wheels with ProWax Non-Acid Wheel cleaner

2. Wash truck with ProWax Cherry suds

3. Buff truck with Makita Rotary, Yellow waffle cutting pad, and ProWax DUZ-all

4. Buff truck with DeWalt Dual Action polisher, white finishing pad, and Meguiar's #9

5. Apply ProWax Satin Creme w/ Dewalt DA polisher and Black finishing pad.

OK and the after shots. Not sure if you can see it in pics but it was a HUGE difference

This is my fav pic that I took.

Ahh such a rewarding piece of work. Stood looking at it for like 30mins b4 I called owner to say that the truck was done. She said it looks like she got a new truck.

Hi Intel486,

That was some miracle or you used alot of spit and shine on that bad boy...:D I like the deep red color you brought back to life. Very nice!

Thank you!

I really enjoy details like that even if the heat index was 104 when I did it :P

I wish I could get mores cars to do like that. I love the results.

Give yourself a little credit...The Rotary had some help..i mean you picked it up, turned it on....so, take some credit for that great looking truck...but just a little..

Thank you everyone for the comments.

Yhea, bret, I love my rotary. The waffle pads are awesome. I wish I got them when I first got my rotary.

Can't wait to do my next vehicle like this.

How long have you been using a rotery? I'm planning on getting mine next week (think i'll go with the Makita). My neibor who does body work said he'll bring me a bunch of body pannels to practice on.

Got it 6 months ago. Just make sure you get waffle pads. I wish I got them when I first got my buffer.
