Klasse, clearcoats, and results

Okay Okay Okay....let me ask this question a different way, then I will shut up about it.

Let's say I have AIO then 4-5 SG layers, then I use Sonus, let's say on a weekly basis.....would it be harmful, if for example I used some EF CP (which has some carnauba) between Sonus applications??? Maybe this is a stupid question, but I saw someone mention this similar situation and wondered if it would be compatible. Thanks fellas....I am done now.....:xyxthumbs

Well, what exactly would you be trying to accomplish by this? I doubt it would be harmful. It wouldn't harm the SG layer, but it might prevent future Sonus spritzes from adding lasting protection. Maybe if you stated what your goal was by doing this, someone could comment on whether it was achievable.

Rightlane, you are right. It isn't a big deal as the QD leaves a pretty minimal amount of anything behind. But if you were going to buy a QD specifically for use with Klasse, Sonus or BF would probably make more sense. And if you already had a carnauba QD and a polymer QD, it would make a bit more sense to use the one that's made for the protection you're using. All in all, like you said, the QD doesn't really add a lot, and a carnauba QD on a polymer would probably be just fine.

Hey Aurora,

There probably is NO purpose to that....I just saw someone write that they use Sonus, and then do EF CP between Sonus applications. I guess I was juicin' to try some EF CP, since I like there Hi Fabrik, but if there's no purpose, then just forget all the questions I just asked....I am going with the Klasse and Sonus!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will let y'all know how it goes....hopefully it will stay warm over the turkey holiday in St. Louis!!!! Thanks everyone for the help!!:xyxthumbs :bow
