Can you apply Menzerna FPII by hand?

On paint in good condition just to use as a prep for an LSP?

CMA site says that FP II was designed for machine use but can be used by hand.

yeah you can use it by hand, you might wanna ask scottwax if you can borrow his arm and shoulder though as by hand will not normally compete with machine.
