Adam's Detail Spray

The cool thing is to have a forum were this information is allowed. Other detailing forums would have burried this long ago. Don't take my word for it try to post it over there. Horay for Autopia.

JBM :xyxthumbs I wish I was associated with them, it would same me a few hundred a week in Chemicals :bounce . I like many products on the market not always because they are the best; sometime because the company is good and the service is good. I am very happy with Chemical Guys because the products have really helped my business. If you help my business and my employees get more business and deliver better results you can bet I will have nothing but great things to say about them. It says a lot when you call a company and they can actually help you with your questions.

:nixweiss What are you talking about? What information? What other forums wouldn't allow what information? Post it over where?

I KNOW of a place where this conversation would be censored for sure. There have been a number of threads locked down regarding this.

What other product lines were you using before you went to Chemical Guys? Have you tried the AutoMagic Line or the Car Brite line. I have a friend who has carried both lines of products and swears by them and the nice thing is, they are local.:D

So I have to ask does anybody know if Adam's Detail Spray is the same or similar to Chemical guy's spray wax & detail spray?

Looks like the same color but what throws me off is that it says it is a spray wax and to my understanding Adam's does not contain any wax.:o

94BlkStang: I have been around for a while, Auto Magic, Auto Glym, 3M you name it 3M does have amazing products the Body Shop Glaze is still a favorite of mine and 99.9% of body shops love it.... I have tried everyoneâ€â„¢s products mostly because we get samples in every day for free, and customers over the years bring stuff in. Auto Magic is Good stuff they are also everywhere, like everyone they have some good products and some so so productsâ€Â¦ I canâ€â„¢t say any one specific product really got me that excited thoughâ€Â¦I think if I decide to spend the money I would rather buy a product that really delivers.. I think everyone uses the clay bars they offerâ€Â¦. but me, I stick with the yellow bar, much much much better, easier to work with better cleaning ability, more surface friendly, less drag, and it doesnâ€â„¢t fall apart when I pull it â€Â¦

Anyone else have feedback on what clay bars they like? Also has anyone hear anything about the applicator some companies offer to use the clay bar with a orbital buffer? I saw it but it really didnâ€â„¢t make much sense to me â€Â¦

Some spray waxes are synthetic while others have carnauba emulsified with the product. I like the wax/ Carnauba products better because they work 100% better for me. May not always be the case but every time I have used it I like the Carnauba enhanced Spray wax, AKA Waterless Carwash, AKA Quick Detailer, AKA QUICK SHINE or whatever name companies give it. Color doesnâ€â„¢t mean much how it performs does. I have also found that the Carnauba enhanced Quick Detail products work great on chrome and especially on choppers and polished bikes we have detailed.
