2005 Santa Cruz Blur

SICK! That fox up front 100 or 80 mill? I have a Specialized with an 100 I believe(Its been a while)but its a hard tail so up front is all I got. I would love to replace all my components with XTR. Where in Tx are you? Houston doesn't have that great of trails but we used to ride a lot.
 
It probably doesn't need to be mentioned to someone that would own a bike like that, but did you apply fresh lube to the chain and derailleurs? Seems like wheel cleaner would probably leave them bone dry.
 
I can certainly appreciate the quality of the bike, and think its definitely the coolest bike I have ever seen, but wow that's a lot of money, especially when you could get something with an engine in it for that much!



Anyway, great detail, bike looks brand new, and definitely very cool.

I understand and appreciate where you're both coming from. The bike certainly isn't cheap, but it's my hobby and they always tend to get out of hand in one way or another.



It's the same with cars: just like there is a big difference between a $15K Kia and a $100K M6, there is a big difference between a $500 bike and a $5000 bike.



In any regard, thanks for all the compliments. As you're reading this, the bike is absolutely filthy in my garage after sinking it through a few mud holes and tearing it through about four creeks.
