How did i spend the rest of my time.

Claying 3 hours. Much of the dirt had bonded to the paint. Claying it off was not really hard just time consuming. I then spent the better part of an hour claying the rims lips. Once that was done i did adams metal polish 1 and 2 on the rim lips. What you don't see in the photos of the rims is alot of pitting from brake dust, that dust then bonded to the rim in little black clumps.

WOW now that is a detail!

Yeah if i remember he is rolling on either Koni v3 or stasis street sports. all the way down.

this car is so low my toe does not fit under certain parts of the front bumper.

Sweet ride. Pics like that have made my decision for me....if I ever get an Audi, it will be silver. Too bad about the pitting on the ADRs. Oh well, if you're going to drive it, you're going to put some wear on it. Hope the owners restaurant takes off.

Awesome work Grouse! Go to Interior Fanatic! Just remember to post the chemical/process in the beginning.:grinno:

Man that thing was rank! LOL!

You cleaned her up good. My truck is about the same way. I've gotta get it cleaned up before Detail Fest in FL this weekend.

Well if he never had time to wash the car, he wasn't putting swirls into it by washing it wrong!

Amazing transformation :wow:. The wheels looked like gray painted in the "before" shots.

You find much benefit to letting FMJ sit on the car before buffing?
