white flecks on bumper and hood

I get a lot of white flecks on the bumper and hood which are rock chips that get filled in with wax. The wax really makes them stand out compared to not having the car waxed at all. Is there anything that I could do to prep the chips or something that I could use to easily fill them in to fix this problem? The only thing I can think of is to use wax remover and a Q-tip to get wax out of each individual chip but that takes a while when there are hundreds of little chips.

I've never found a good way for that to work. Usually it just looks so out of place it actually looks worse then the paint chip itself.

Guys,

I noticed this same problem with my Camaro. I checked the local GM dealer but they do not have my colour...'98 Cayenne Red.

Is there an internet vendor that sells a complete chip/spot repair kit that could be shipped internationally.....UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc?

Should I just go to a local paint vendor and have some specially mixed(with the GM paint code, of course)?

Joburnet, thanks for posting this thread.

Tony
