What a BAD/USELESS SPRING BREAK!!

I had the entire week off for Spring Break from college and got noting accomplished like I had planned. I ordered new products from PAC in hopes of spending every day detailing something....my own F-150, my dads F-150, moms Grand Prix GT, grandmas VW Bug, a friends F-150, and another friends F-250. It was in the 30's-40's all week and not to mention the wind was a major factor in the temperature. I got nothing done besides installing a polished fuel door on my truck and boxing up my entire room to get ready for the big move to Myrtle Beach starting next month. My mom wanted me to do it this week since I was home for a whole week and I won't be home anymore until May after I graduate. The most I did with my detailing stuff was move it from one box into a bigger box and take pics of the stuff I have. Sorry for the rant but I have been in a bad mood the whole week....not to mention the fact that my girlfriend was in the Bahamas with her friends for Spring Break :kneel

That sucks to hear. My break starts tomorrow after a Biochem quiz at 11am, nice of the Prof to have one right before break huh? I am not going anywhere spectacular either since I have a grad school interview in Philly on Thurs. Weather does not look all that much warmer than 40s here but I am still booked for 4 cars so I'll have lots to post. I did end up getting tickets to the NCAA semis in Syracuse on eBay for me and 5 of my buddies, who are always too broke to go anywhere nice, so that is really the only thing I am doing over break. Sorry to hear about the glum break but I also plan on getting alot done but probably will not so dont feel all that bad.

Same here. I wasted 4 days of my life. Hopefully I can detail tomorrow. If the weather holds that is.

Seems like the weather took a crap on everyone's spring break plans. I had high hopes of going golfing and just enjoying nice weather, but nooooooooooooooooo! :(

Definitely a Bummer:( ahhh i remember those days of Spring Break and college ....as a friend on mine once said ..."a bad Spring Break is better than a good day at work...." enjoy your youth and that's all that matters:hippi

My spring break is the week after next. Waiting for it has been really hard, but since I'm not going anywhere there will be lots of detailing and lots of work on the CRX. Hopefully I'll have the suspension and short shifter in by the beginning of break. I'll have to settle for polishing the taurus because the honda only has primer (due to lack of time, weather, funds, initiative, it looks great in primer (one of few cars that can pull a rattle-can job off)). Sorry for all of the parenthesis, calc. is my last period class, it's rubbing off on me.
