sonus orange pad falling apart after 3 uses..pic

well i have used it 3 times and the velcro backing is breaking away from the foam. anyone else have this happen to them? i used to think they are of high quality but now i am wondering. they work great though. i use it on speed 5 with low pressure.

Looks like the SFX pad?



These pads are pretty new, so I'm sure it's just a matter of now perfecting any 'bugs' in the pad. Send and e-mail to DavidB or call the perfect shine and they'll be glad to help you out.
 
I've used mine about 10 times and it still looks & works great.



How are you washing/cleaning your pads?

hand washing with sonus der wunder wash in luke warm water and spin drying.
 
The spin drying might be your problem. The PC can make a pad spin very fast when it's not against a surface, which could be hell on the pad. What speed do you spin it on?

I don't think so. I spin my LC pads all the time.



It could be just that pad.
