Sheepskin Washmitt - Don't laugh but..

I'm in the UK and I'm after a good quality washmitt (I have a Porsche Boxster on order so I'm afraid I'm now in anal obsessive mode :)).

Whilst browsing for washmitts I've gathered that real sheepskin are considered to be best, and a lot of the cheap washmitts aren't "real", they're wool/pile with a fabric backing?

I spotted that a lot of horse-riding stores sell sheepskin washmitts, and I noticed these are about £15 over here http://www.equineman.com/lambswool_sheepskins.htm (on the right, about half way down).

I'm not expert but that looks like a proper, real sheepskin, quality, good deep mitt - any thoughts?

Best I can tell from the pic it looks good.

You are going to have to be very careful with that cuff. It will scratch your paint.

I would suggest going ordering one from the autopia store....or from autogeek. If you can find them IMO the Eurow brand is best

Hmm.. I'm in the UK and I see "Clean and Shiny" do the Eurow ones for £7.99. I figured that a "good old British" horsey horsey one would probably be better quality that was all.

That said I also need to work out what other products I need for the Boxster so if I can get the lot from Clean and Shiny that's not so bad.. postage is usually the killer.

Pop on over to www.detailingworld.co.uk where you'll find the UK's best detailers. It's a very friendly place.

They have a section of approved traders based in the UK, all selling wash mitts.

There is also a very informative section, on the best way to import a PC7424 from Autopia back to the UK.

Hope to see you there soon.

Cheers
