I need help. I need to knowwhat to do if there is moisture that penetraded the paint of my hood, I guess this happen because of the Bra on my vehicle.

No, there is no rust. It recently happened. Its like a clear faded spot on the red hood. I was told, its water that penetraded the paint job, due to the bra holding the moisture in place, not the it the oportunnity to dry up . I was told it can be cleared with a blowdryer. I don't know if its true; therefore I dont want to take any chances. I will send pictures as soon as I'm able too.

Unless there is something wrong with your paintjob, water doesn't penetrate paint. More likely is that the paint has been damaged by having contaminated acid rain or polluted water dry on it, or has been scratched up by having the bra rub. Just my guesses, but I've seen some weird bra-related paint problems...



People here really don't like to keep bras on their car hoods for very long because of these issues. They trap water and dirt, and generally cause a mess if you're not careful.

Use a hair dryer.

If the paint job is damaged, what can I do to solve the problem. If I try the blowdryer, How would I do it.
