Is the Woolite/water solution still a poplar interior cleaner here?

hwypatrolman,

There are companies out there that sell quality spray bottles. However, if you're in a hurry, you can pick up a bottle or two at Wal-Mart or a similar store (look in the garden section). I'm not into enough products to make an order on-line for spray bottles.

This should give you a bottle to try the Woolite mix, and see if you like it. I've never tried it, but I am ready to. I have a girlfriend with leather seats, so maybe it's time to go there.

I plan on trying it on the trooper car tomorrow. As long as I can find an empty clean - suitable spray bottle.

I actually detailed a county police car not too long ago (CV). The door panels were really filthy but I sprayed them with a 1:6 ratio of woolite to water and scrubed with an interior brush. Looked like new when I was finished.

so what do you do, 5:1 in a spray bottle, spray and scrub? then what do you do to clean it up?

Actually, around 8:1 should be fine. Works on leather, vinyl, fabric and carpeting. Completely safe on all as well. I've been using it as my main interior cleaner since I saw it mentioned on the leather care tag in a Caddy about 11 years ago.

How does everyone mix there chemicals? I love my spray bottles with markings on the sides, but I have some that are plain, nothing on the sides, so I just eye it out basically and shake :)

I keep seeing people mentioning mixing Woolite with water for cleaning the interior but which Woolite product are we refering to ? Can anyone post a link ?
