Glass Cleaning MFs

I got a Glass Cleaning MF from SMP and all I can say this thing is amazing. I never got my windows this clean this fast before. I've heard of MFs being used to clean windows, but this MF does not look or feel like other MFs I have. Has anyone else used one of these. How do regular MFs compare to this kind of MF? I got to get me some more.

I have one of those MF's ment for glass and yes they are amazing. I picked mine up from Detailers Paradise and wouldn't trade it for any other glass towel out there.

Hey!

I just got mine in the mail. Can't wait to try it out! :up

The one from DP seemed fairly expensive (about$13.00). I have read on a few boards that it works well, though. I've used the Poorboy's glass MF and found that they work very well. He's got a deal on now where you get 3 MF's and a 16oz. S+W for $13.00, or $4.00 each. It seems that the less fluffy/plush the towel, the better it is for windows. (the gray/black trim ww at Autopia work well on windows too, even though they aren't marketed soley for that task).

Very nice place and good prices. Scott's very knowledgeable and a nice person to talk to as well.

NavindraLR,

I got mine with the Microfiber Starter Pack, but you can get them at $3.49 each. It's thinner than other MFs, but works great.

RainX came out with a foam glass cleaner and it comes with a microfiber towel. It works great! No fog on the glass and when it rains it beads right off. Just like when you put the other RainX products on your car. Streak free and takes just a little bit. Been getting compliments on it. Not to often you get complements on your windows.

Better than any of the auto glass cleaners I bought before, like Meguiers, windex (ok), and others. It's only was $3.99. Some people think if you spend alot on a simple product like glass cleaner it's the best, but usually it's not. Like shampoo.

My Pakskak WW towels work great on glass, are the glass MF's of a similar style ?

Exactly my point, i seriously doubt there is really any difference amongst cleaning ability of one over another. Its all how they are marketed....my $.02.

For Canadians who might want to try this, I think Simoniz glass cleaner at Canadian Tire is the same stuff (aerosol can, mf in the cap). Not the same price though.
