aluminum w paint and CC i think (spekely means paint right?)... any ideas on a quick patch? i want to do as little to no sanding and painting existing CC as possible. even anything to just dull the scratches down so people cant notice (unless they look at the wheel)

and yes... i know im retarded

how much is a new rim from hyundai again?

The rim edge can be touched up without being too visible.
The scuffed area on the spoke may be a different story.
Have you tried using any polish on that area yet. If you haven't, you may be able to get it to where you have a very small area to touch-up.

Someone scuffed the bumper on my daughter's silver Taurus and she thought she was going to have to have it painted. 10 minutes with Poorboy's Pro Polish and the major damage was a small scratch that I used touch-up paint on. From 3' away, you can tell it, from 6' away, you can't.
The silver blends pretty good so it isn't as noticeable as it would be with a darker color.

Touch-up paint like used for touch-up on the body paint. You will need to find the color code for that particular color. On a domestic car, it can be found on a list of options posted somewhere on the vehicle. I would guess the same thing will be true of an import. You may have to get that info from the dealer. You will also want some clear touch-up paint, but I think a generic clear will work there.

Don't give up just yet.

Try some polish on that area. Even just a cleaner/wax may surprise you on how much better you can make it look.
Check back after you have done some work with it.

try to fix it first! I know it's not cheap, even OEM steeles are expensive! I had to order some steel rims for a hyundai van and they cost over 450!
