Any flaws in my noobish approach to my system

Heres my order of events now that I have a basic handle on detailing my cars thx to you guys! Am I missing anything or is there anything that is un needed in my regimen.

1. Clay (this is all after the wash of course)

2. #80 (thx for the reccomendations)

3. #9

4. Klasse AIO (seems like EVERYONE uses it before wax)

4. Autoglym Radiant Wax (fun to use something the queen uses LOL)

5. Pinnicle Souveriegn Wax (Can't argue that it's among the best)

Like everyone my goal is depth along with some lasting ability. I usually re-top my waxes at least once or twice a month.

I have a pc with some megs yellow pads and I have a grey finishing pad as well as a few 3m waffle pads that are grey.

In the past I always used the clay-#9-AG with not too bad of results. Looking to beef up the shine!

:woot:

to be honest, I think you have too many steps...

You really only need:

clay

swirl remover

polish

wax

I'd go:

clay

#80

AIO

radiant/souvern (maybe radiant now, souvern as a topper...)

should look fantastic!

if your gonna use AIO, then its futile to use #9 since it has fillers and besides I think it is unnecessary to follow #80 with it. I dunno about the waxes though but I don't think it is good to have both your waxes on especially that you have souveran. If i were you I'd use souve only.

Yep, skip the #9. The #80 will leave a nice, ready-to-wax finish. Otherwise looks good. I would do the Radiant first, see how you like it, and consider another coat of it or a Souveran topper after the next wash.

cool!!!!

Lovin the idea of 1 less step....

So the radiant is sorta considered a sealant, thus the wait a week for souveriegn etc?

Thanks a million!!!

To be honest, I dunno *what* the radiant is. But it's almost always best to wait a while when trying combinations of products unless they're designed to be used together (e.g., the Klasse twins).

THX Accumulator...very kind of you to respond to my questions...

I'll ask bout the rw being a sealant in the product section...
